Plans set...

Another update...things are moving quickly now.

Aug 2 - flight out of Calgary
Aug 3 - arrive in Edinburgh 5pm.  Stay at Airbnb for 2 nights
Aug 4 - explore Edinburgh
Aug 5 - head to Glasglow, spend the night in hotel
Aug 6 -  head up to Oban and spend the night in a B&B
Aug 7 - drive up the Loch to Inverness and spend the night in a hostel
Aug 8 - start heading back down southward and spend the night in Markinch at an Airbnb
Aug 9 - head down to Hadrian's Wall and stay at a Castle
Aug 10 - drive into Manchester spend 2 nights here at an Airbnb
Aug 11 - spend the day touring around and then football baby!!
Aug 12 - head down to Bath and spend the night in a Hotel
Aug 13 - head east Dover then up to London.  Spend the next 4 nights in London at a Hotel
Aug 14 - London touring
Aug 15 - London touring
Aug 16 - London touring
Aug 17 - London touring and head home

Booked!

FINALLY the football fixture lists were posted today!

Things are moving now.  Booked our flights and I'm working with Matt from Great British Escapes on the itinerary.  So far this is what it looks like:

Leave Calgary Thursday August 2
Arrive in London on Friday August 3
Short layover in London, arriving in Edinburgh at 16:45

We got tickets for a game at Old Trafford between Manchester U and Leicester City on Saturday August 11.

We leave London on Saturday August 17 (direct flight)

In between we will rent a car and travel around the UK countryside seeing sights, staying in quaint spots and exploring.

T minus 7 weeks!!!!!!!!
